I am looking for a cheap price and good compact camera for personal use. Of course, I would rather not sacrifice all the qualities of my SLR, but I know I have to sacrifice something. Here are some things that I really liked this device:
The 5x optical zoom to let (perhaps 4 ....)
Fixed Aperture 2.8 (I have no option haha)
I want a wide-angle lens, if possible
If someone can guide this device would be so happy. I searched and found one or the other like my ", but they can not find them all. :) I hope to keep this under the name of $ 300 or less haha BEST

Until two months ago, when my little P & S finally dead after 6 years of faithful service, the Li-ion battery is dead, and I finally decided not to replace the battery, but the "camera together. I have a little Casio, like video on YouTube feature set. Like most (all that a few months ago) P & S 28mm camera is the largest available (likely the flash covers the angle of a few).
