How to play a game of spies with 4 people? - spy motion detector

Just give me a kind of love and regulations.
I: 2 lightsabers, 7 toy guns, walkie talkies 2, with a footprint of Communicator, a motion sensor, sound spy, phone, voice changer, 2 pairs of night vision equipment, a foam fire, rifle, about 100 golf balls (grenades, perhaps? be ...),), 20 Wiffle balls (grenades from a distance? mines?), (2 large balloons probably a bomb (some of baseball can smoke and stun grenades?), 2 baseball, 2 plastic swords, a tennis racket ( plate), many laptops (the plans and diagrams, and notes), and some clothes spy shot and pills.
There are 2 bases, front and rear deck, and 4 people, to make 2 teams.
