Can I add something to my circuit breaker to upgrade it? - space heater trips circuit breaker

The lamps in my lamp on and off, thereby sometimes cleared the space for more. Is this a malfunction of the light switch or Circa? Can I have something on my breaker that would give more power to my home? In addition, we are using heaters this winter, but we can only 900 watts into a room and the other at 600 watts into another room on same floor. I wanted to be able to use both at 1500 watts, but the circuit breaker to trip if I did. How do I solve this problem?
