Where can i download driver software for my samsung external hard drive model NM - 0804? - software driver for giinii digital frame

Recently, I was buying an external hard drive by Samsung. It was perfect until the next operation. Whenever I put on my computer, it is recognized, but the same message is still displayed. I need the driver software for the products. Has anyone any idea where I can get one of these or a simple solution to my problem? I looked at the Samsung site. There is no help for me.
